We fell in love with the game.

Everything else came after.

Living in different countries, we each discovered mahjong on our own. One lesson became another, then game nights became a ritual. We learned different styles, hosted countless tables, and realised the game was about so much more than winning.

It was about slowing down. Hosting beautifully. Creating memories around the table.

As founders of a design-led events and gifting studio, we began imagining sets as beautiful as the homes they are played in. East Wind Studio was born from that idea.
